The morning after the launch we awoke tired but with a smile. We check every few hours but her bilge fills slowly as the sheathing stems the flow to her main planking. With a little help from Teddy, Tyler, and Sender Sailing we move her to a more permanent spot in the marina. Her very own slip! Continuing now on the inside and first things first secure the Westerbeastie in place. This of course wasn’t as straight forward as we thought it would be… Knowing we wanted the engine more central in the boat for the best access but how then will it tie into the rest of the interior? We’re sorting things out and inching towards the finish line one project at a time!
