WeBoating is a passion project brought to life by a solo founder with over 20 years of software engineering expertise and a lifelong passion for the water and all that it offers. My love for the water began in childhood in Ukraine, where I grew up on a river fishing and boating, always dreaming of the ocean while reading adventure classics by Jules Verne, Jack London, Arthur Conan Doyle, and Mark Twain. Today, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, I am proud to bridge those childhood dreams with my professional experience to offer a wide range of unforgettable water adventures from around the world.
This platform is built entirely in my spare time, leveraging a deep technical background—including custom automation and smart infrastructure—to create a seamless, efficient space for discovery and booking.
