In this episode we leave La Coruna anchorage get some fuel from the marina and set off on our passage to Muxia in thick fog, no wind and at night we are traveling in company with a boat called Halekai that are very quikely becoming good friends. The night goes by quickly with fish and dolphins putting on a spectaular show. As we get closer to Muxia the fog suddenly lifts to show the entrance to the marina. Halekai go in first and very kindly help us tie up. Then it is stright to bed for some well deserved rest. After a good recharge and a trip to the marina office to sign in, it is on with boat jobs cleaning the boat is high on the list. Over the next week we adventure in land with a bus trip where Claire started her Spanish lessons with Di off Halekai as a teacher- thanks Di. There was also lots of walking which is good as we were starting to get sailiors legs, I feel tiered walking up the pontoon to the shower block. We also found time to feed the marina cats which the girls loved. The coast here is very beautiful, with lots of sharp rock and steap mountains coming up out of the blue surf rich sea.
Hope you enjoy. Thanks for watching from the crew of Rhumor
