Ep49 Rhumor and her crew travel from St Tropez to a great anchorage under the gaze of Theoule sur mer. The anchorage was a little snug and we were closer to the shore than we liked but it was great and we had a really good time walking around the cliffs and beaches. Claire had ear tagged two Geocaches in the area that we needed to find, Geocaching is a really good way to get the girls to hone there skills map reading. It was not long before they had sniffed out the first one hidden in a wall, the second one was a lot more difficult it was on the beach with a climb up a cliff which we chickened out of but we did get some great views walking to and from it. one of which was the super yacht called Christina O that was anchored just across the bay from Rhumor. On the way back to the boat the girls got their long awaited ice cream and as we were sat looking across the bay towards Cannes the clouds lifted off the mountains behind to reveal the snow capped mountains of the alps. what an end to a great day.
The next day we say goodbye to Theoule sur mer and lifted anchor with a course for Cannes about one and a half hour sail across the bay.
