Polynesian Culture at it’s finest. We are absolutely blown away by the experience that is Heiva. It’s touted as the biggest event of the year in French Polynesia. Luckily they gave us permission to capture and share the experience with you. From the hip thrusting, to the story telling through song and dance, it’s an explosion of Polynesian culture.
While we’re in Tahiti we make a quick run to the market, get some of the bureaucratic paperwork started and we set sail for Moorea. It’s an action packed look into our lives as sailors and travelers. It’s these types of days that make the roller-coaster woes of crossing an ocean melt away. We hope you enjoy sharing this Tahitian experience with us.
