Diving into yard life again. Long and productive days. Napa is hot so taking mid-day breaks is huge. The second half of the day when it’s still warm but the decks are fully shaded are the best. After our work here in the yard is complete we’ll be looking for a slip closer to the bay to continue fitting the boat together and then sea trials. So if anyone knows of a marina anywhere in the San Fransisco area that will take us for a couple months let us know! We are a wooden boat and need liveaboard to stay on track and on task. The dream is not to live at a dock but to be free on anchor or on the ocean sailing! Having the dock would still be really helpful for the next few stages but ultimately we’ll be home-basing from Richardson’s bay in Sausalito. It’s a huge free anchorage close to the best winds the bay has to offer. Yard life is treating us well but yes we are anxious to get back in to the water!!!

Cheers everyone!
Thanks for watching
