What a spectacular atoll! We were blown away after the first hike and our first lunch. The crystal clear water is unbelievable. The terrain is unforgivingly unique. And I hope the cave formations came out in the video. Smiles were glued to our faces here in Niue and I’m so sad our time was cut short so abruptly.
Never fear, if you liked this part of Niue just wait until next time! We take on a crazy hike filled with spiders and blind jumps into hidden pools. Then we top it off with a SCUBA dive with our new friends Expedition Drenched. It’s one helluva sendoff that leaves us craving even more of this island paradise.
Living #OffTheGrid on a Sailboat for us is all about creating a more sustainable way of life. The more of the world we see, the more we want to preserve it. But, living off the grid doesn’t have to mean sacrificing modern comforts. We believe self-sustainability and comfort can coexist.
