Post Hurricane Ian, we jump right back into the massive galley remodel. We make an incredible amount of progress including making a FORBIDDEN CAKE of foam!

Unfortunately we discover an issue with our windlass that will have to be fixed. We make final decisions about our plans for the next week and head on out.

We start our install of the Seawater Pro Watermaker which would desalinate the ocean water and provide us with drinking water and allowing us to be independent.

We get to explore the wonderful town of Green Turtle Cay with our friends and just like that, we lose our friends to their own adventures...

We visit Allen Pensacola cay where Turtle leaves her mark for the first time and Munjack Cay where we husk coconuts for the first time!

This is it. Our big jump. We cross the gulf stream on the last possible day of the weather window and are welcomed by beauty, warmth, sunshine and BUGS!

Lake worth also signifies the final chapter in our first sailing season. It is the place where we start to prepare for our first international trip as sailors.

We enjoy a wonderful few days at Cumberland island in Georgia, right at the border before Florida. We take one of the best hikes we've ever taken.
