Post Hurricane Ian, we jump right back into the massive galley remodel. We make an incredible amount of progress including making a FORBIDDEN CAKE of foam! While everything doesn’t go as smoothly as we hope (LEAKS!), we final out countertops where our nav station used to be, freezer get put into place, sink gets sealed down and we start to run the drain and we make some massive momentum toward our fridge door that we’ve had to make from scratch!

We are Dev (pronounced Dave) and Spandana (pronounced Spun-The-Nuh), a software engineer and developmental behavioral pediatrician, who gave up everything. Less than 6 months after learning how to sail, we bought a sailboat and jumped into full time cruising. Our Turtle is a 40 foot 1993 Caliber who has had 7 owners before us and has even been salvaged once. Join our adventure as we travel the world, collecting memories and barnacles!
