We Hiked an ACTIVE Volcano at Night to Watch It Erupt 🌋 | Sailing Stromboli & the Aeolian Islands
After months sailing Sicily’s northern coast, we’re heading for the crown of the Aeolian Islands: Stromboli, one of the most active volcanoes in the world. The goal? Hike up in the pitch black and watch it erupt right in front of us.
We also snorkel around Strombolicchio, a 200,000-year-old volcanic sea stack, paddleboard beneath 50 metres of solidified magma, and test our new HoverAir Aqua drone. Plus a spot of fishing off the back of the boat.
