Captain Krzysztof Baranowski is a Polish sailor, author and visionary who has built two tall ships. But his mission goes far beyond teaching young people how to sail. His aim is to prepare them for life itself.
So what drives a man, at 89, to keep setting out alone across the oceans? How does he stay fit, both physically and mentally? And what happens to us when we spend weeks alone at sea, surrounded by nothing but water, wind and the horizon?
