Back To The OPEN PACIFIC OCEAN – San Francisco to Santa Cruz

In this episode, after almost two weeks meandering around the San Francisco Bay, we depart for Halfmoon Bay. A heavy feeling looms over Sea Dream of Clyde as we head back out under the Golden Gates and back into the swell of the Pacific Ocean. Unfortunately, Kat gets very sea sick as soon as we hit the swell, largely due to anxiety from our previous experience out in the ocean.

Following a bit of a motor-fest, we arrive in the peaceful confines of the Half Moon Bay Harbor, free of swell, ferry wakes, and the roar of the city. There, we enjoy some hiking, beach chilling, and sailboat race watching! After a lovely few days there, we carry on to Santa Cruz with Kat trying out some new methods to deal with sea sickness.

Thanks so much for tuning in!
