Having sailed for three days to get here, we are so excited to explore the island of Tahiti and all it has to offer. We timed our visit well as we joined in with a community bike day, where all the streets were closed to traffic and there was dancing in the main square, and later we got tickets to the local dance competition, Hura Tapairu, which was an incredible display of traditional Polynesian culture.

We also took a look below the surface and discovered a plane wreck not far from where Indi is anchored. Although we're close to the little city, there is beauty everywhere and we can't believe we get to call this place home for a little while!
