RESCUED by a cargo vessel in the South Pacific! [Ep162 RED SEAS]
After battling against the wind for weeks on end and struggling with some significant failures onboard our sailing catamaran, we find ourselves in need of some diesel before we can continue on our Gambiers Gamble to the most remote part of the South Pacific Ocean.
When we hear that a supply ship is on its way, we decide to wait for the boat to arrive to see if they can help us with some diesel. It's another two day journey to get to the next atoll and our options for being able to refuel are getting harder and harder as we get further from civilisation.
This is the strangest way we have ever refuelled our boat but we are beyond grateful to the crew who helped us out! This is life on a South Pacific island!
