With no safe anchorages around the island, Nandji is safely tucked away in the marina and we hre a rental camper van to explore this stunning island. The Volcanic island towers out of the ocean to an elevation over 3000m high! This means mountains to explore, waterfalls to chase and rivers to swim in. It is hard to belileve you are in the same place at times as you could be swimming in a fresh river deep in the mountains and then an hour later be sweating it out at the beach! Truly an amazing island and I can see why there are no flights to this forbidden treasure!!
