ENTERING THE ATLANTIC OCEAN FOR THE FIRST TIME

ENTERING THE ATLANTIC OCEAN FOR THE FIRST TIME

Sailing the Atlantic Ocean, albeit a very small part of it, for the first time was an amazing feeling as we made our passage from Newlyn around Lands End and up past Longships Lighthouse to what turned out to be a simply awful anchorage at St Ives.

We are Andy, Melissa and Jack, a sailing family based in North Wales, looking for a bluewater sailing yacht to take us around the world.
We currently have a very small 24ft Snapdragon Sailing yacht based in Caernarfon but there are bigger boats on the horizon.
