Lewmar Ocean 40 ST two speed winches need to be serviced annually. With cold, foggy weather and little to no wind what else do you do but DIY projects. We dismantled the winch and soaked the parts in mineral spirits before giving them a good brushing. Having a Lewmar Winch Servicing Kit No. 7002 on hand is a good idea just in case parts needed to be replaced.
Karen decided it was time to oil the teak down below. As always, we enjoyed our dancing, such as it was.
