On this episode of Onboard Lifestyle Linh makes a quick, delicious and healthy meal on our catamaran. Avocado Rellenos stuffed with shrimp is always a hit with the sv basik crew!

Ingredients:
1/2 lb Shrimp (size is based on what you have on hand)
Dressing:
2-3 Tbsp Mayo
1 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 clove of garlic minced
1 Scallion (Green Onion) finely minced
1/2 Onion minced
Relish or diced pickles depending on how much you like them
a splash of Vinegar
S & P to taste.
Set aside to chill in fridge
2 Ripe Avocado
fold cooked shrimp in dressing and chill to liking
Fill the shrimp mixture on top of Avocado and finish off on top with spice if desired. Serve and enjoy!
