Turtle Bay is a famous nesting beach near Dalyan in Turkey, visited by rare species of turtles who come to lay their eggs (check out Darry’s information film!). So we drop by for a visit ourselves before moving to a quiet anchorage for a snorkel (after some shoreline problems!)
But it doesn’t stay quiet for long
A weird looking boat sails into the bay, turning our quiet stop into a frenzy of activity as we find ourselves doing a supermarket challenge at sea on a floating Migros Supermarket, before it leaves!
Next we sail into Gocek to have our rigging replaced and end up in D-Marin, a posh marina where we find ourselves accidentally moored alongside superyachts (again!) but make full use of the facilities for the day, including chauffeur driven golf buggies and a man-made beach!
