Checking into Indonesia WITHOUT an agent and dodging Fish Attraction Devices Ep 221
We heard that the Indonesian check in system for yachts was going online so we decided to try and do it ourselves without an agent like a few other boats had done it before us. Apart from a little patience it was so far quite simple . Once on our way, we sailed on and continued to dodge the bizarre selection of Fish Attraction Devices thst were floating around everywhere. Some even looked like floating homes . The wind died down so we stopped in an idylic cove called turtle bay where we dropped our anchor and tied up shorelines next to our buddy boat " Teatime". We spent many serene days completing a few boat jobs, playing on the beach, watching the hermit crabs and cleaning up the plastic.
A squall awoke us from our dream so we started to plan our journey to reach the next destination....Sorong here we come !
