After sailing the Atlantic Ocean we are really happy to make landfall in South America in the Amazon rainforest of Suriname.
We sail up the river past Paramaribo and under the bridge to Waterland Marina.
The marina has lots to do and see including Sloths in the trees, interesting plants and a beautiful garden so we learn a lot as well have fun on the go karts, aerial silks, archery and collecting coconuts.
We also get on with our home schooling.
We meet a few other sailors and Irenka celebrates her birthday.
