Walking , trekking or tramping as the Kiwis call it is always so stunning and so green. We did a few treks on #Urupukapuka Island before heading off to Omata Vineyard with Grandad and some friends who were visiting. It was soon time to start sailing South, around Cape Brett which turned out with some of the the worst weather conditions we have encountered. the swell was huge !
With our trusty #amel , we arrived safely in Whangaruru and the onwards to Kawau Island which is steeped in history at the Mansion House and the old Copper Mine.
