Rig Disaster as we Drag Anchor in Bodrum then a Visit to Ephesus before Leaving Turkey Ep49

We return to Bodrum (from our visit to the Gobekli Tepe on the Turkey/Syrian border – see Ep:048) to find our boat dragging.. and we collide with a Turkish gullet which destroys some of our rigging!
Undeterred we head off inland yet again to the Roman city of Ephesus (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and on to Izmir to visit some new friends, where we enjoying some kite surfing and a traditional Turkish breakfast – yum!
While waiting for another meltemi to pass through, we *enjoy* our noisy Bodrum anchorage, do a final shop, replace our damaged rigging then finally check out of Turkey altogether.
Bye bye Turkey – been a blast!
