We continue on our passage to Mermaid Reef in the Rowley Shoals.

On arrival, Border Force approaches us, which is quite an intimidating experience.

We slowly make our way into the pass at Mermaid Reef, and the weather turns… doesn’t it always!

We settle in and go below for a well-earned rest. When we poke our heads back up we have new neighbours.

Magnus decides to make paneer for dinner.

It’s too windy to snorkel, so we head over to the cay in Peanut to check it out. It’s a long way, and the water is shallow, with bommies everywhere. We finally get there and explore the sand cay. We only have about an hour on the cay before the tide comes in and puts it all underwater. It’s an amazing place, and we enjoy checking it out.

Magnus decides to make paneer for dinner.

Thanks for watching.

Until next time…

Wendy and Magnus
