With everything that is going on at the moment, it is lovely to be able to head out to the Whitsunday islands for a few days of fishing and exploring.

Peanut IV just gets spiffier and spiffier and with the new Kapten Collar transom now fitted, and Wendy’s gourmet cushions, she is now a delight to be in.

So, we head out to one of the anchorages on South Molle Island on our way to Cid Harbour and Sawmill Bay.

We eventually make it there with no thanks to the wind, and more thanks to the tides!

It’s a stunningly beautiful anchorage which we explore in Peanut IV. We head down one of the main tributaries in the mangroves. The tide is high so we are able to make it a long way in, which is rare. The scenery is gorgeous! The mangroves beautiful and unspoilt.

Thanks for watching.

Until next time…

Wendy and Magnus
