After the shock of the explosion on Nutshell, a wonderful couple, Cassie and Tony, invited us out on their yacht for a day sail in the Whitsundays. It was the tonic that we needed to take stock and enjoy the beauty around us and be thankful that we were both safe.
I step onboard Nutshell for the first time since the explosion to see the damage firsthand. Thankfully this was after Magnus had tidied it up so it would be a less harrowing experience.
We remove the dodger on Nutshell ready to replace the ‘opaque’ clears with ones that we can actually see through! The emptying of the boat continues.
