The saga continues…
After a wonderful time sailing through the Great Sandy Straits, we suddenly hit a snag. Peanut’s engine gives out on us and Magnus can’t get her started. The channel direction suddenly turns and we find ourselves stuck in the narrowest part of the channel with no engine, a strong headwind, and no way to sail out. We are a heavy boat and we need more room to tack than we have available.
With the tide rapidly falling, and the bottom getting closer and closer, we have no choice but to call for help!
