Yesterday was a solid one… two workouts, clean eating, a full gallon of water, and a proper mindset shift.
🚴♂️ Started the day with a bike session including hill work—lungs burning, legs working, but exactly what’s needed to grow.
💪 Workout number two was a Bullworker session—isometric training, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises… and I can definitely feel it today.
🥗 Nutrition was dialled in:
Porridge with raisins & banana
Rye bread with 3 poached eggs & avocado
Mediterranean chickpea salad with lemon
Greek yoghurt with blueberries, banana & chia seeds
💧 Gallon of water ✅
📸 Progress photo ✅
🍺 No alcohol ✅
