75 HARD Day 13: Back on Track & Building Discipline
Day 13 of 75 Hard and things are starting to lock in. After getting back on track yesterday, today was all about staying consistent and adapting to the conditions.
With unsettled weather here in the Aegean, I made sure to get my outdoor workout done early — a solid 13.5km bike ride before the rain set in. Yesterday’s 15km ride and Bullworker session set the tone, and now it’s about building momentum day by day.
I’ve also started incorporating the Bullworker Iso-Bow into my routine — a simple but powerful bit of kit that’s perfect for boat life and travel. No excuses, no space needed, just pure muscle tension and control.
On the mindset side, I’ve been reading Atomic Habits, which ties in perfectly with this challenge — focusing on small daily improvements that compound into massive results over time.
This challenge isn’t about motivation… it’s about discipline.
Follow along as I document the full 75 Hard journey while living aboard our boat in the Aegean.
