Day 14 of 75 HARD didn’t exactly go to plan… but that’s where the real test begins.
Started the day strong with a bike session, getting the legs and lungs working as usual—until a puncture stopped me in my tracks. Most people would’ve called it there… but not today.
Swapped straight into my running shoes and got back out for a walk/run session to finish what I started.
This is what 75 HARD is really about—discipline, adaptability, and refusing to quit when things go wrong.
I also dive deeper into lessons from Atomic Habits and how building solid systems keeps you on track even when motivation drops.
âś… Two workouts (no excuses)
âś… Clean eating
âś… Nearly a gallon of water
âś… Progress photo done
âś… No alcohol
Day 14 complete… and we keep moving forward.
