Episode 188: WE HIT A WHALE ?!
We finally reach the Virgin Islands and catch some dinner. But once we get to anchor we discover our centerboard was broken. We believe we know when it happened during the sail, as we were tacking our way away from Curacao. I think we hit a whale or a submerged shipping container. It was very rough out just past dusk, so visibility was minimal.

Now we have to pull it out in hopes to rebuild it. The first challenge will be removing the pin without sink Saoirse. Wish us luck!
