This was pretty cool... We drove our van across the ocean floor at low tide to explore an Island, cut off from land at high tide!

We were able to find a great little campsite near the lake and this gave us a chance to go swimming! We also visited the Terry Fox monument.

Anybody who's spent time travelling in a van has probably spent a night or two sleeping in a Walmart parking lot...and we think it's the best!

It was a little chilly for our first van-life night in the mountains on our drive across the country! We were lucky to find a good camping spot.
