Nearly Hit in the Anchorage - What Were They Thinking?!
Charter boats can be the bane of an anchorage, especially when their “captain” has NO idea what they’re doing. Our latest experience was up here in St Martin where a charter boat decided to anchor in front of us then started dragging towards our bows. It was one of those situation that leaves you equally angry and confused, wondering how someone could be so inconsiderate (other adjectives could be used!) to go as far as to claim they had no control of their vessel as it dragged within a boat length. Luckily, we have the worlds greatest tender!
We also give those of you following along for the journey an update on the air-conditioner situation, after showing how the replacement from Leopard Catamarans arrived a few weeks ago. Huge thanks to our mate Bruce from Trinidad, who also happens to be a proud catamaran owner with his hurricane damaged and restored Privilege.
