Julian Jagtenberg, mede-oprichter van Somnox en uitvinder van een slaaprobot, helpt mij op weg op gebied van slapen op zee. Vanwege mijn plannen om langer op zee tee zijn heb ik allerlei vragen hierover en Julian deelt zijn kennis met mij. Ik krijg daardoor veel praktische tips en inzichten die me zeker gaan helpen. We praten over slaapschema's, slaapschuld, melatonine en serotinine, diepe slaap, slaapritmes, hulpmiddelen, ademhalingstechnieken en oefeningen om tot rust te komen en tegen zeeziekte.
