Your ticket for the Maritime Museum is a ticket with a timeslot you chose while making a reservation. You can ONLY enter the museum at this specific time. Changing your slottime is NOT possible. Your City Canal Cruise is an “OPEN TICKET”.No timeslot has been allocated and you can board any next available boat at one of the 2 docks of Blue Boat Company Your voucher needs to be scanned at Maritime Museum. You can redeem your canal cruise inside the ticketoffice of Blue Boat Company where a timeslot will be assigned

• The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an so called "OPEN TICKET". This means that no timeslot has been allocated and you can board any next available boat at one of the 2 docks:
• The first dock is located at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 1, 2, 5,11 and 12 stop at Leidseplein. from there the dock is a 2 minute walk.
• The second dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Take tram 2, 5,and 12 stop at Rijksmuseum. from there the dock is a 5 minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there the dock is only a 2 minute walk.
• Last City Canal Cruise from Hard Rock Cafe departs at 18:00.
• Last City Canal Cruise from Heineken Experience departs at 17:15.
• You can cancel your ticket until 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellation within 24 hours is not possible.
• Please note that that Blue Boat Company is closed on the following dates: • 27th April: Kingsday • 5th August: Pride & Queer Canal Parade • 25th December: Christmas • 31st December; no cruises after 4:00PM • 1st January; until noon.

Please note: the day selected is the entrance day for the Maritime Museum. You can scan the barcode directly at the venue. The voucher will provide you entrance to the canal cruise as well, at any time and day.

The opening hours of the museum are between 10 AM- 5 PM.
• Please make sure to be at the dock for your canal cruise at least 10 minutes prior to departure.
• Blue Boat Company and Amsterdam Canal Cruises offer canal cruises daily. Seats are placed on a “first come, first serve” basis which means that you might not be able to get on board right away. If this is the case, our colleagues will inform you when the next available boat will depart.
• Our ticket office at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite Hard Rock Café is open daily from 09:00 until 18:00 hours.
• Our ticket office at Stadhouderskade 550 opposite Heineken Experience is open daily from 09:30 until 17:15 hours.
• This is a non-refundable booking.
