De IridiumGo! Exec is 40x sneller en heeft ook allerlei nieuwe features zoals mail en allerlei apps. Daarbij heb ik een Datahub besteld die informatie verzameld over de boot om een polar mee te maken. En hij zendt ook informatie, zodat degene die me helpt met routeren mij kan volgen bij grote oversteken. Je kunt ook via bijvoorbeeld MarineTraffic mijn boot volgen, maar op grotere oversteken loopt dat vaak dagen achter. Frank Ooms helpt me deze aan te sluiten op het NMEA netwerk.
