In this episode of Sailing Zephyr – SAILING LIFE – SERIOUS Boat Traffic in the STRAIT OF GIBRALTAR – Ep. 23 – we leave CADIZ behind after just two days! We have a small weather window that creeps up on us fast to get through the Strait of Gibraltar and we can’t afford to miss it! So we venture in thick fog (our first time sailing in fog) and contend with a TON of boat traffic in the Strait. I spot two sunfish as we make our way to Gibraltar Bay to anchor for the night! This makes my day!
Early the next morning we leave for Malaga where my Dad joins us aboard Zephyr and we begin coast hopping to Valencia.
