Pretty much as the title suggests.
SeaHorse came with a complete set of B&G instruments that included an excellent Zeus 2 chart plotter in the cockpit. Although this is great when sailing its less convenient if your down below.
Installing the WiFi-1 module lets us make use of the B&G GoFree app on a tablet computer, this allows us to take control of the chartplotter from any were in the boat. Great for planing routes, checking our position or looking at the instruments etc when down below.
