Welcome to Part 4 of the big Galley redesign and rebuild.
On this episode we are in the studio and I start the process of fiberglassing our wooden ice box shape.
I am by NO MEANS an expert at fiberglassing so I don’t focus too much on the “how to’s” of fiberglass work, if you would like to see amazing tutorials on how to fiberglass please visit: https://www.youtube.com/boatworkstoday – I have no affiliation with this channel but I have learned a TON from his videos!
After I get the first layer of glass on I take the box back down to the boat to test fit the “Opening Collar” and make marks for modification.
