Episode #222 : Season 8 : The Hawaiian Adventures
Hello Friends,
This week takes us into Oahu’s interior to do the 14.7 mile long hike up to the famous “Stairway to Heaven” / Haiku Stairs. We go up the legal way taking the Moanalua Valley Trail. I was joined by professional trail guide Tanya Wilson ( https://www.instagram.com/_sunshine_808 ) who informed me this was her 12 hike up the 2000+ft elevation gain trail to the legendary lookout.
Thank you Tanya for taking me on this amazing hike, I don’t think I would have had the confidence to do it alone and now I know I can do a hike of this length and intensity without meeting the grim reaper at the end.
