The day has finally come to start bringing the engine room of my dreams to life! After circumnavigating planet earth over the span of 15 years on the original Delos, apart from the jaw dropping beaches, underwater wonderlands, remote villages, big cities, and random locations around the world we seemed to find ourselves in… there was always one place I could count on that I would spend a loooot of my time….the engine room. Delos was our home and we have a very special bond with her, and the engine room is her heart where the labor of love of maintaining and repairing her takes place. Of course I've done my fair share of swearing when I'm twisted into some boat yoga pose in hundred degree heat trying to figure out why the generator keeps shutting off 😂 But nonetheless it's a special, almost sacred place for me...So that's why I'm soooo stoked to be able to design the engine rooms on Delos 2.0 exactly how I want, since I know how important this space will be. This is a BIG job and we are only getting started, but we make some major first steps in this weeks episode that I'm super excited to share with you!
