2:11 The Best Water Shoes
We have gone through a couple different shoes and these are by far the best we have come across due to their versatility. They are so comfy to wear kicking about the boat and best for swimming to shore, running on the beach, hiking with Jackson and look just like a normal shoe we can even wear into town! 3:40 LED Globes
The first thing we did back in Malta was replace all the interior globes to LEDs saving 3w per globe. I have just now recently swapped over our navigation lights and anchor light to 4w globe from 10w. We also have a dimmer LED strip light for the cockpit for sundowners out in the cockpit creating that perfect ambient lighting. For back up, we have a solar powered LED light.

7:37 GoPros
We have the old GoPro 3+ for the more basic dangerous stuff where we may break or lose it, but for everyday filming we use the GoPro Hero 7 Black. As explained this is probably the best camera we have. GoPro have just introduced the Hero 8!!!

Everyone will have one, but you should have a dozen. We charge all our powerbanks up during the day while our battery bank is at full charge from the sun, then at night recharge all our camera gear, phones and iPad again ready for the following day!

15:23 iPad with RAM Mounts
We have paper charts, 2 navigation units onboard but we use our iPad as our primary source of navigation with Navionics. We have it permanently mounted at the helm with RAM mounts. I did lots of research before moving onto the boat and this RAM mount is probably the most important item we have bought.
