In this episode, we leave Fakarava and head to the next atoll, Toua.
It’s only a short trip of 15 miles, but entering the pass turns into uncomfortable riding through the waves. While I’m still filming the dolphins in front the fun starts, I almost go overboard, but finally we arrive safely at our anchorage.
Totally done from the crossing I don’t want to do much more, but the next day the sun shines again and everything is forgotten.
Mario cooks us homemade spaetzle for the first time and can’t get enough of it – thanks to Mirko from SY Yumyum for this awesome recipe.
