Can we FIX THIS? Installing TWO engines (in a storm!) [Ep125 RED SEAS]
We've installed the two new engines on our boat but now comes the most important part - and if we get it wrong, we're screwed! We need to install our raised engine beds (that we fiberglassed ourselves in last week's video) and then figure out how to align the new engines to the prop shafts. There's no room for getting it wrong and we are working to a tolerance of less than a millimetre - which is extremely difficult while our boat is still floating, with the swell of the busy channel!
On top of that, there are four tropical depressions hitting us this week in Tahiti so we're battening down the hatches and getting ready for some high winds. It all happens at once!
