Under contract for a Fountaine Pajot Helia!
Ep. 59 ~ Under contract and going to Pensacola to do a walkthrough of a 2013 Fountain Pajot Helia. Hard to believe, but we are finally under contract for our future home. The plan is to get through the walkthrough and decide whether we move on to the next step, which is to get it surveyed and sea trial. We went to Pensacola with some nerves because we went down a rabbit hole online and found out this boat had been chartered by at least 2 companies, if not 3.... The current owner was the 4th owner and he bought this cat one year ago. That made me wonder what was wrong with it that he would want to sell it so quickly. Also, we found out it had some hurricane damage. So... we are going to Pensacola without getting our hopes up, but we are also being very careful and not jumping the gun.
