E96 - The Pink Lake Hillier, Middle Island (Last Stop WA)
We sail into Victory Boat Harbour at Hammer Head Point and fly the drone over a very picturesque bay with pure white sandy beaches. Diverting to Ben Island we swim in the hidden gem of Champaign Pond, a small salt water pool formed in the granite rock fed by the swells that rise up into to the pool. Stopping overnight at Cape Arid we move to Middle Island the following morning to explore the incredible vibrant bubble gum pink Lake Hillier and take some spectacular drone footage.

WHO ARE WE?
We’re Chris and Jo and we have been living on our Seawind 1260 since January 2019. In our first year we bring our yacht down the east coast of Australia and sail it out to New Caledonia. After cruising further north up the east coast of Australia in 2020, we decide to circumnavigate Australia during 2021 and 2022.
We had previously owned fishing and water skiing boats, but after a couple years crewing in South Australia we decided to jump right in and make a sea change.
We are just an ordinary Aussie couple exploring what this great world has to offer and hope that we can inspire others just as we were by watching other YouTube channels to follow our dreams.
