E95 - Leafy Sea Dragons & Kangaroos on the Beach, Lucky Bay WA
We search for the Sanko Harvest and despite it being the second largest wreck dive in the world and the largest off the Australian coast cannot find it. We then move to Lucky Bay, the most quintessentially Australian place possible, with Kangaroos on the whitest beach in Australia (officially measured)! The sand is blindingly white made up of fine pure quartz that squeaks as you walk across it. Getting our scuba gear out we dive in crystal clear water where we find several Common Sea Dragons, with one male even carrying eggs (not the female), bait balls putting on spectacular show, Cuttlefish, several Blue Devils, and we also find the very elusive Leafy Sea Dragons.

WHO ARE WE?
We’re Chris and Jo and we have been living on our Seawind 1260 since January 2019. In our first year we bring our yacht down the east coast of Australia and sail it out to New Caledonia. After cruising further north up the east coast of Australia in 2020, we decide to circumnavigate Australia during 2021 and 2022.
We had previously owned fishing and water skiing boats, but after a couple years crewing in South Australia we decided to jump right in and make a sea change.
We are just an ordinary Aussie couple exploring what this great world has to offer and hope that we can inspire others just as we were by watching other YouTube channels to follow our dreams.
