E64 - Caves & Ancient Aboriginal Rock Art, Palm & Winyalkan Islands (oldest recorded boat painting)
This episode we leave Swift Bay and head further west to explore the ancient Aboriginal art around Palm Island and Winyalkan Island.
We find the Aboriginal Art of 5 Men In A Canoe, possibly the oldest picture of a boat in history, the nearby 4 Men in a Canoe we couldn't find unfortunately.
We check out 2 cave systems, one created by an incredible erosion system creating a grid like system of tunnels and chasms, the next created when huge boulders fall into a chasm suspended above our heads.

WHO ARE WE?
We’re Chris and Jo and we have been living on our Seawind 1260 since January 2019. In our first year we bring our yacht down the east coast of Australia and sail it out to New Caledonia. After cruising further north up the east coast of Australia in 2020, we decide to circumnavigate Australia during 2021 and 2022.
We had previously owned fishing and water skiing boats, but after a couple years crewing in South Australia we decided to jump right in and make a sea change.
We are just an ordinary Aussies couple exploring what this great world has to offer and hope that we can inspire others just as we were by watching other YouTube channels to follow our dreams.
