Exploring the vast waterways of the Gippsland Lakes we visit Steamers Landing before stopping in the centre of Paynesville where the fantastic Floating Tin Shed passes bay with it's live Rock & Roll Band on deck. We visit the worlds longest silt jetties at the end of the Mitchell River, created by silt deposits over thousands of years running into the Gippsland Lakes. After stopping at Barrier Landing we end our visit exploring the township of Lakes Entrance.

WHO ARE WE?
We’re Chris and Jo and we have been living on our Seawind 1260 since January 2019. In our first year we bring our yacht down the east coast of Australia and sail it out to New Caledonia. After cruising further north up the east coast of Australia in 2020, we decide to circumnavigate Australia during 2021 and 2022.
We had previously owned fishing and water skiing boats, but after a couple years crewing in South Australia we decided to jump right in and make a sea change.
We are just an ordinary Aussie couple exploring what this great world has to offer and hope that we can inspire others just as we were by watching other YouTube channels to follow our dreams.
