I returned to South africa to get Nandji 2 ready to sail across the Atlantic ocean ONLY to discover that whilst away sea water had got into the engine and it is now seized.
To take the positive out of the negative, it gives us the opportunity to complete the refit to the engine room. Remove the engines and clean the bilge from years of neglect. Once the bilge is workable, its time to strip the engine and learn how toast this engine really is.
